Onboarding a client is a row in a table and a script tag. There is no per-customer deploy, no rebuild, and nothing to install on their side.

Name, address, hours, payment and cancellation policy, the links you want offered. All of it filled in once, in a form. Longer material becomes a knowledge source: chunked, embedded and searched at question time.

What happens to your visitors' data
You are putting this on your own site, in front of your own customers. Here is what it does with what they type, in plain terms.
Separated in the database
Isolation is enforced by row-level security keyed to account membership — in Postgres, not in application code a later change could quietly drop.
Deleted on a schedule
Transcripts are removed after 180 days and search logs after 90, automatically. You can also erase one visitor's conversation and the contact record from it in a single action. Retention detail
No cookies, no trackers
The widget sets no cookies and stores one session id that your visitor's browser drops when the tab closes. No analytics, no advertising, no consent banner needed.
You pick who sees it
You choose which AI vendor answers, or point it at your own endpoint. We never train on your content or your visitors' conversations. Who processes what
